Lowell D. Kraff is a distinguished private equity
investor and merchant banker with over 20 years of experience in
leveraged buyout and venture investing, mergers and acquisitions,
restructurings and real estate finance. Mr. Kraff has been a
principal or merchant banker in over 30 transactions totaling in
excess of $ 4 billion in value.
Mr. Kraff is a founding Partner of Trivergance,
LLC. Prior to founding Trivergance, Mr. Kraff was the founding
Principal of Connecting Capital & Partners, LLC, a merchant bank
focused on buyout and growth capital co-investments and buy-side
advisory services. Prior to CCP, Mr. Kraff was a founding Principal
of Vision Capital Partners, LLC, a merchant banking partnership
focused on early stage venture capital and private equity
investments.
Mr. Kraff has extensive experience as a co-investor
and has partnered with and developed key relationships with numerous
premier private equity companies. He has also served on or been an
advisor to numerous boards of directors. He currently is a member of
the Board of Directors of Diamond Resorts International and Smart Pack Solutions.
Mr. Kraff was born in 1960, received an M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago in 1994 and a BS in economics from
The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1983.
