Mr. Byron is a distinguished operating executive
with a proven track record of starting, building and selling
successful, large service businesses. He has over 20 years of
strategic and tactical experience in brand extensions, data
aggregation, direct marketing, packaging and promotion,
telecommunications and many other consumer-focused marketing
services businesses. Based on his track record, Mr. Byron has been
able to attract several of the most prominent executives on Wall
Street to become active investors in his endeavors. Mr. Byron is a
founder and Chairman of Trivergance.
Mr. Byron currently has several business
interests, including but not limited to his role as Chairman of
Tranzact, a marketing services firm that helps companies acquire
customers and manage complex transactions by combining expertise in
developing customer acquisition strategies with experience in
applying technology. He is also an advisor to Apollo Management on
large marketing and media related transactions, an advisor to
Halyard Capital on mid-size media and marketing transactions, and an
investor in and advisor to Sonostar Capital related to smaller media
and marketing transactions.
Mr. Byron was the Chief Executive Officer for
Mosaic Group, Inc. from 2001 - mid 2003. Prior to his appointment as
the CEO of Mosaic Group, Mr. Byron was the CEO of Mosaic Performance
Solutions North America, one of Mosaic Group's wholly owned
subsidiaries, and formerly Paradigm Direct. Mr. Byron founded
Paradigm Direct with $1.5 million of capital in 1997 and sold the
company to Mosaic Group in 2003 for over $200 million.
Before founding Paradigm Direct, Mr. Byron served
as President of National Market Share Inc., a mid-sized outbound
telemarketing firm. Mr. Byron's experience includes marketing
consultation at the senior-most levels in corporate America,
creation and execution of nationwide direct marketing efforts on
behalf of Fortune 100 companies, as well as the effective management
of rapid corporate growth.
Mr. Byron was born in 1963 and attended Emory University.
